Dominant

Left-right disorientation   

Aap ka seedha haath konsa hai? Apne baaen haath ko utaaen or daaen haath ke ooper rakhyn.   

Finger agnosia

Apni aknhen band karyn ab. Ab mai aap ki aik ungli ko hath lagaunga or aapne iss ungli ka naam batana hai. Touch index finger and ask its name. Repeated the same with thumb and middle finger.    

Dysgraphia    

Yeh kaghaz or pencil lyn or aik jumla likhyn, jo bhe aap ke zehn mai aata ho.  Aik tikon (triangle) banaen.   

Dyscalculia   

100 rupay han aap ke pass. 40 ki aap ne kharidari ki. Baqi kitny reh gae. If patient does it right, then give little more difficult task.  Phir aap ko 33 rupon ka kuch or bhe lena parh gaya. Ab kitny baqi bachy.   

Mnemonic:

People “Count” (dyscalculia) with the “Fingers” (finger agnosia) of their “Dominant” (left-right disorientation+dominant parietal lobe) hand before “Writing” (dysgraphia) them on the paper.    

Non-dominant  

Hemineglect   

Draw a clock. Aik garhi banayen or jiss mai waqt 11 bajh kar 10 minute hona chahye.    

Prosopagnosia   

Show them a note and ask to identify the face on it.    

Astereognosia  

Place a coin in a patient’s hand and ask to identify    

Agaraphaesthsia  

Draw a digit on palm with eyes closed and ask to identify. Aap ankhyn band karyn. Mai yahan par aik hindsa likhunga or aap ne batana hai key yeh konsa hindsa hai.  

Aaj kal kisi bemari ke liye aap koi dawai lety han?    Dawai ka naam kya hai, kabb se le rahy han or kitni miqdar mai le rahy han? (3-separate questions)   Dawaii ke miqdar ma haal he ma koi kami beshi aii hai?Koi injection lagty han aap ko? (confirm if these are depot antipsychotics)   

Saans leny ya khorak mai koi takleef to nahi hoti?   Mu ma raal ya khorak to jama nahi hota?
